Understanding Frame Measurements
Lens Width
The horizontal width of one lens, measured in millimeters. This is the most important measurement for fit.
Bridge Width
The distance between the two lenses, resting on your nose. Affects how high or low the glasses sit.
Temple Length
The length of the arms that extend to your ears. Important for comfort behind the ears.
Frame Width
The total horizontal width of the frame. Should match or slightly exceed your face width.
How to Find Your Size
Option 1: Check Your Current Glasses
Look inside the temple arm of your current glasses. You'll find numbers like "52-18-140" which represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters.
Option 2: Measure Your Face
Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure the width of your face from temple to temple. This measurement should be close to the total frame width for the best fit.
Option 3: Try Our Virtual Try-On
Use our virtual try-on feature on any product page to see how frames look on your face using your device's camera.

Sizing Tips
- • If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size for comfort.
- • Face shape matters! Round faces often look great in angular frames, while angular faces suit rounder styles.
- • The frame width should be roughly equal to the widest part of your face.
- • Your eyebrows should be visible above the frame, not hidden behind it.
- • The frames shouldn't extend past your face or touch your cheeks.
