How to Return Your Order

Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the item you wish to return from your order history.

Print Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).

Pack & Ship
Pack your glasses in their original case and packaging, then drop off at any carrier location.

Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- • Unworn frames in original condition
- • Items with original packaging and accessories
- • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- • Non-prescription glasses and sunglasses
- • Defective or damaged items (any time)
Not Eligible for Return
- • Worn or damaged items (unless defective)
- • Custom prescription lenses (see exceptions)
- • Items without original packaging
- • Items returned after 30 days
- • Gift cards and promotional items
Prescription Lens Returns
Prescription lenses are custom-made for your eyes, so they cannot be returned for a refund. However, we stand behind our work:
- • Wrong Prescription: If we made an error, we'll remake your lenses free of charge.
- • Adjustment Period: New prescriptions can take 2 weeks to adjust. Contact us if you're having issues.
- • Frame Exchange: You can exchange frames and we'll fit your prescription lenses into the new frame.
